Russian Air Force planes dropped a bag of cement onto a civilian's house.
The 25kg bag smashed through the roof of the Moscow home last week after the air force's plans to soak up moisture in the clouds went wrong.
Planes have deposited cement in the sky in an effort to prevent rain on Russia Day for the past 20 years.
The owner of the house was unharmed but is suing for damages and compensation for moral suffering. He has refused a £1,050 payout.
