A British woman has horrified when she found a 4ft snake in her toilet bowl.
Kay Robins saw the yellow and black Californian King Snake peering over the seat so locked herself in the bathroom so it could not hurt her three-month-old daughter Summer sleeping next door.
She and fiancé Brian, 36, tried flushing the reptile down the pan, but it slithered on to the bathroom floor.
They finally trapped it under a bin and called out RSPCA officers who took it to a wildlife centre.
I thought Brian was playing a trick until I saw it moving. I couldn't scream because I was so scared. I couldn't use the toilet for a while after.
